Smart Footprint: Public or Private
Yesterday for Cybersmart our teacher gave us a bunch of different topics and then decide wether it was private or public.
I thought it was quite easy because I have done it before.
Do you know what public and private infomation is?
Do you think I got the answers wrong or right?
Let me know in the comments!
Ka Kite see you next time!

To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - Begin with a greeting. Talk about something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A comment that will mean something to me to let me know you read/watched or listened to what I had to say. - use any language.
3. Something helpful - Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.
Encourage me to make another post.
That's an interesting bit of work, I love that you are thinking about these things. Interesting that you were happy to share your own name but not your parents, siblings or pets as it might put them at risk. Personally, I'd be very careful putting any of that information online although it would depend on where I'm putting it of course and who is able to see it.
ReplyDeleteIf in doubt, don't share anything that can be used to identify you.
Love the international visits you're getting!
I think that you and Mum ard right.
DeleteYou should be very cautious about what I put on the internet.

Hey chickie, This is great work hun, I love how clear it is and how you have identified some negative things about the internet and realise how important it is to keep yourself safe and be smart online. It's okay to use your first name, but do not put your surname on the internet. :o) Mum
